These terms govern your use of eleganceandmanners.com and your registration for Elegance Academy workshops, programs and private lessons.

Who we are

Elegance Academy is a sole proprietorship operated by Irina Khaimova, Manhasset, Long Island, New York. Contact: info@eleganceandmanners.com · 917-749-2929.

Registration and payment

• Workshop seats are limited (typically 10–14 participants) and confirmed only after full payment.
• Submitting the registration form on this site reserves your request; payment is completed on our secure booking page (HoneyBook, with payments processed by Stripe). Your registration is confirmed when payment clears and you receive a confirmation.
• Prices are listed on each workshop page in US dollars. Unless stated otherwise, meals described in a workshop are included; alcohol is not included.

Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Because our workshops are intentionally small, curated experiences involving advance venue and catering arrangements, we follow a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

• Cancellations made at least two (2) days before the scheduled workshop may be eligible for a credit toward a future class, valid for up to 12 months from the original workshop date.
• Cancellations made less than two (2) days before the event, and no-shows, are not eligible for credit or transfer.
• You may transfer your spot to a friend or family member — please notify us of the replacement attendee's name in advance.
• For multi-session programs, children's programs and private sessions, missed classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled individually.
• If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by Elegance Academy, you choose a full refund or a free transfer.

All policies are firm and apply equally to all participants.

Workshops with children

Family workshops are attended by children together with a parent or guardian. The registering adult confirms they are the child's parent or legal guardian and remains responsible for the child throughout the event.

Photography

Photos are occasionally taken at workshops for our website and social media. If you prefer not to appear in photos, tell the instructor at the start of the event — this is always respected.

Content

All site content — texts, program descriptions, photos, the Little Aristocrats™ name, music and book excerpts — belongs to Elegance Academy or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Workshops are educational and social events. To the extent permitted by New York law, Elegance Academy's liability for any claim related to a workshop is limited to the amount you paid for that workshop.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
