- Cutlery Mastery — proper use of cutlery for each course; filleting fish and eating meat dishes with refinement; signals with cutlery to communicate with waiters.
- Dining Grace — passing dishes, condiments, salt & pepper with grace; restaurant etiquette — who enters first, who pays, tipping with elegance.
- Social Skills — handling awkward situations: sneezing, dropped utensils, or finding a bone in your dish; creating and maintaining polite conversation throughout the meal; the joy of learning together — with your spouse, family, or friends.

★★★★★A Refined Evening. "Attending etiquette class with my husband and 3 boys, ages 19, 17 and 12 was one of the most impactful experiences we've shared together as a family, all gratitude to our wonderful Irina. All of us enjoyed it very much. It was not only learning the proper use of utensils but Irina demonstrated that it boosted their confidence in all situations. It is something you will always be glad you did and without realizing it you will use it everyday. Thank you for the terrific class, Irina."
